Your software partner. From the start, for the long run.

We build software around your business and stay with you as it evolves. The projects below show those partnerships in practice — years of building, improving, and supporting software together.

WatchSpotter Pro

Environmental data · Web, iOS & Android

Researchers recording a marine mammal sighting, beside the WatchSpotter app showing mapped observations.

Who uses it

Researchers, conservation groups, government agencies, consultants, educators and citizen scientists, with projects running internationally.

What's next

We are currently developing a version of the collection technology for drone deployment, so survey areas that are unreachable or unsafe on foot can be covered the same way.

The problem

Field observations often end up scattered across notebooks, camera rolls and spreadsheets. That makes it difficult for teams to bring their findings together, spot patterns and share what they learn.

Every project also collects something different. A sea turtle nesting survey needs different information from a water quality sample or an algal bloom report. One fixed collection form won't serve them all.

What we built

WatchSpotter Pro gives each project its own data fields and collection rules, with a web portal and native mobile apps to match.

Teams can record observations in the field with photos and location attached, bringing their findings into a shared dataset they can map, analyse and use together.

The platform also supports research management and collaboration across teams. Weather satellite feeds connect through webhooks, helping researchers relate observations to environmental conditions.

DemandWire

Market intelligence · Data pipelines & portal

The DemandWire portal, showing market selection and hiring activity sections.

Coverage

Local markets modelled individually, nationwide.

Behind the platform

Python data pipelines, MySQL and a React portal.

The problem

By the time a job is posted, competing staffing agencies are already chasing the same opportunity.

Earlier signs of potential hiring demand are often public: company expansions, permits, filings, layoff notices and changes in wages. But they're scattered across government sources, published in different formats and difficult to follow consistently.

What we built

DemandWire brings those signals together to help staffing agencies understand what's happening in their local markets and where to focus their attention.

We built data pipelines that continuously collect public government data, alongside a modelling layer that tracks each market individually. Together, they reveal patterns in business expansion, workforce reductions and wages.

A subscription portal delivers that intelligence through market views, alerts and a weekly written assessment. Users get context they can act on, while keeping control of their business decisions.

VIP Texting

Creator platform
Web & mobile
Payments & messaging

A public figure's relationship with their audience runs through platforms that own the audience, rank the feed and take the revenue. A phone number is the one channel that is direct — but running one at scale means subscriptions, billing, carrier registration and compliance, which is not work a performer is going to do.

VIP Texting is a web and mobile platform that turns direct text messaging into a revenue stream. Fans subscribe for a personal line to the talent they follow; the talent simply writes. Everything underneath — subscriber management, billing and payouts, messaging infrastructure and carrier rules — the platform handles.

Customers include professional wrestler Mercedes Moné.

Hayes & Company

Asset recovery
Database platform
Records research

There is an estimated five billion dollars of unclaimed and unconventional accounts receivable sitting in the United States — money owed to real companies that cannot be matched back to them because of inconsistent records and technical oversights. Hayes & Company has been recovering it since 1998, for clients from mid-sized businesses to the Fortune 1000.

Finding it is a data problem at a scale no team can work through by hand. We built the database platform their analysts research on — millions of records, processed and surfaced so that funds can be identified and returned without the client company lifting a finger.

Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute

Florida Atlantic University
Research application
Collection & analysis

Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute at Florida Atlantic University runs a dolphin stranding and population assessment programme — responding to strandings along the coast, and tracking the resident population over time. Both depend on observations captured in the field, often in difficult conditions, and on being able to analyse a season of them together afterwards.

We built the application that does both: structured collection out on the water and the shoreline, and the analysis tools that turn those records into findings the research team can publish and act on.

Horizons HR

Staffing operations
ATS & payroll
AI candidate screening

Staffing moves at the speed of its own paperwork. Every placement means screening applicants, tracking them through a process, staying compliant, and paying people correctly and on time. Done by hand, first-round screening alone can absorb a recruiter's day — most of it spent on candidates who were never going to be a fit.

We built Talyza, the applicant tracking and payroll platform Horizons HR runs on. AI handles first contact: it messages applicants by text, answers their questions and qualifies them against what the role actually requires, so recruiters spend their time on the people worth a conversation.

Payroll runs in the same system, so the path from applicant to placed, paid worker doesn't cross three separate tools and a spreadsheet.

Much of our client work sits under agreements that keep the details private. If you want to talk to someone we have built for, we can arrange that during a conversation.

Every one of these started with a conversation.

Not a brief, not a budget — a conversation about what the business needed to do. If you have one of those in mind, we'd like to hear it.
