AI, pointed at the part of your business that needs it.

Most companies we talk to are not short of AI ideas. They are short of a way to tell which ones are worth the money, and someone who can build the one that is.

We do both. We look at how your business actually runs, tell you honestly where AI would change something and where it would not, and then build what survives that test — into the systems you already use.

Where it pays off, and where it doesn't.

Worth building

  • Reading at volume — documents, applications, email, filings. Anything where someone is extracting the same handful of facts over and over.
  • First contact and qualification, so your people spend their time on the conversations worth having.
  • Monitoring that never sleeps: watching a system or a data source and surfacing only what deserves attention.
  • First drafts — the quote, the summary, the reply — produced in your language, ready for someone to approve.
  • Multi-step work that runs overnight and escalates when something looks wrong.

Usually isn't

  • Decisions where being wrong is expensive and nobody would notice for months.
  • Work that happens a few times a week. A person is faster than the thing you would build.
  • Anything that needs someone accountable by name — a signature, a clinical call, a legal position.
  • Problems caused by a broken process. Automating it makes a bad process faster, not better.
  • A chatbot added to a product because competitors have one.

We will tell you which column your idea is in before you spend anything building it.

Tell us what you were hoping AI could do.

Even if it turns out the answer is no. We would rather tell you that early than take the work and find out together.
